Firstly qualifying as an Architect, with a BA Hons. degree in 1995, He then went on to work for one of London’s top Independent Estate agency that spanned over 10 years, where he eventually rose in the ranks to achieving Partnership/and becoming a Director within the group in the first three years, before branching off to Africa and setting up on his own property company Bai Bureh Consultancy since 2009.


On his return back to the UK in 2014 he was head hunted by Keller Williams when they were first about to set up in the UK.
